The Institute aims to provide professional development routes for staff, post 16 students (ITT, apprentices etc) and volunteers, including governors, allowing them to develop/progress in their chosen careers/roles and to have job satisfaction. We provide First Aid training, Governor trainig and a varitey of other opportunities for professional development.
